The percentage in a bonus headline is the least important number. The wagering requirement decides whether you ever see the money. Coolbet's offer is 100% up to €300 with 35× wagering on the bonus: to withdraw the full bonus you first place €10,500 in bets. Every bet carries the house edge, so the longer the requirement, the more of the bonus is expected to be gone before you finish.
Before you accept, check four things in the terms: whether the multiplier applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus; which games count, and at what rate; whether there is a maximum bet while the bonus is active; and when it expires.
6 of the 13 casinos we list give no wagering figure that we could confirm (1xBet, LeoVegas, Respin, Hugo777, NovaJackpot, Instant Casino). That is not the same as having none. Ask support for the number before depositing.

Iceland's Lotteries Act No. 38/2005 covers both games of chance and betting. Its penalties are aimed at whoever runs gambling without an Icelandic licence and whoever advertises it; since a 2010 amendment the advertising ban applies whether the operator is based in Iceland or abroad. No provision penalises the player. A foreign online casino cannot get an Icelandic licence, so every site on this page operates without one. This is a reading of the statute, not legal advice. Yes. Under the Income Tax Act No. 90/2003, winnings from bets and games count as taxable income. The exemption covers only lotteries that hold a special Icelandic permit, and online casinos are not among them. The one whose wagering you can realistically finish. On our overall scores the top three are 1xBet, Hype.bet, Betsson. The largest headline offer, Instant Casino's 200% up to €7,500, states no wagering requirement in its terms, so its real value cannot be worked out in advance.
You must bet the bonus amount 35 times before it can be withdrawn. With a €300 bonus that is €10,500 in bets. Some casinos count the deposit as well as the bonus, which roughly doubles the figure. Check which one applies before you accept.
The casino adds a percentage of your deposit as bonus money. A 100% match up to €300 turns a €300 deposit into €600 to play with; a 200% match triples it. The percentage says nothing about how hard the bonus is to withdraw. The wagering requirement does.
